With my entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to bring a little bit of my Mexican culture to the suburbs, my husband and I embarked on a journey to test the waters with a popular Mexican frozen treat, Paletas.

We took part in a local competition for a chance to win a storefront at a shopping center. We presented our business idea to judges from around St. Louis, including the most influential and successful, Maxine Clark.

We perfected our product by experimenting with non-traditional flavors including avocado which became very popular and made a list of 5 items under $10 to try this summer by St. Louis Magazine.

The experiment proved to be a success. I loved creating a brand identity for this project.
